This policy covers the public information website for Norte Research Tools and its intended internal Google Ads API research functionality. It does not replace any privacy notice associated with Norte Collective's separate agency website or any third-party service.
3. Information we handle
Visitors to this website. This static website does not offer account sign-in, collect information through web forms, embed analytics pixels or use marketing cookies. Standard technical connection data, such as IP addresses and request metadata, may be processed by our hosting provider for delivery, diagnostics and security.
Authorized application operators. If the internal application is connected to Google services, it may process the account identifiers, authentication information and planning data necessary for authorized API access. These credentials are not requested through this public website.
4. Google Ads API information
Where an authorized operator enables Google Ads API access, the intended data categories include keyword suggestions, historical search metrics, aggregated competition indicators, estimated bid ranges and contextual targeting information such as geography and language. API access is intended for research with accounts the operator is authorized to use.
Google OAuth permissions may technically grant broader account access than the information required for this research. Our stated purpose is limited to retrieving and evaluating relevant planning information, not changing campaigns or automatically purchasing advertisements. We do not request visitors to authorize their Google accounts on this public page.
5. Why we use information
Information is used to conduct internal marketing research, compare service markets, prepare advertising recommendations, maintain suitable access controls and address technical or legal obligations. Google API data is not used for unrelated profiling or sold to third parties.
6. Sharing, storage and retention
Access is intended to be restricted to authorized Norte Collective personnel. Information may be processed by infrastructure providers when necessary to host, operate or secure the application, or disclosed when required by law. We do not sell Google user data.
Research records and authorized API data are retained only for legitimate operational purposes, subject to applicable Google API terms and legal requirements. Operators should be able to revoke API access through their Google account settings. Associated internal records can be reviewed or deleted upon a valid request, subject to necessary legal or operational retention.

Where applicable under data-protection law, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or other rights in relation to their personal data. Google account users can review or revoke third-party access through their Google Account connections.
